Incumbents in this classification are temporary, grant funded employees and will assist with the operation of the YFD food program.  Will perform various duties including running kitchen line; ensure accuracy of all food and kitchen supply orders; ensure all receipts and paperwork are accounted for and turned in; ensure packaged planned meals are accurate and complete; ensure correct number of lunches and breakfast are packed and delivered to rec centers; and ensure cleanliness of kitchen and hygiene regulations are maintained at all times.
